Unexpected challenges and warm staff

The staff were always eager to assist, showing kindness and warmth. The location also offered easy access to popular attractions.

We faced some frustrating inconveniences, particularly with the lack of proper kitchen equipment in our room was nice. Check-in was delayed, which put a damper on our plans.

I faced significant cleaning issues . The towels and bathrobes were not freshly laundered and had a gray hue. The swimming pool was dirty, and there were long hairs left in the shower at check-in, indicating poor housekeeping standards.

The room we had was functional and decent sized with amazing view and bedroom and champagne. Location: the hotel was just next door to beautiful Kings Park and Botanical gardens at doorstep as well as shops;)))

We didn't have bar, were a little disappointed.

Nothing too much trouble, overall it's lovely relaxing and good looking place with caring stuff who rang personally to make sure they fulfil my special request. The atmosphere of the hotel is special. The location is excellant and stunning, 3 km from Air Nightclub. Excellent dishes can be found in the in-house restaurant. Thank you you, guys!

The location was good, within a close distance from The Perth Mint. The breakfast selection was nice hot with good view.

The hotel was immaculate and beautifully designed. Staff were friendly and most helpful.

Was a little far from the city centre but the transport to the city was excellent and free.

Breakfast was okay. There are local places within short walking distance with better coffee and breakfast offerings

The indoor pool and gym were excellent, and it's right near the waca and the beautiful swan river foreshore. Loved the comfy bed with pillow options and that breakfast was a good buffet spread. The staff were super friendly and helpful, made everything even better.

Amazing views and comfy stay!

The views from the room were fine, and the in-room dining hit the spot. The pool and sauna were super relaxing after a long day. I did wish the kitchen was stocked a bit better, like some basic stuff for cooking. All in all, a solid choice for a couple's retreat.

Spacious rooms, modern furnishings and excellent gym. Food was also excellent and staff very helpful and friendly.

i requested wake up call in 4am, no thing happen, we had to catch international flight. lucky, we made it. shouldn't happen in 5star hotel

The Beautiful Studio was cozy and well-equipped with everything you need, including a kitchenette, a comfortable office work space, and free Wi-Fi. The view from my window added a nice touch, and I appreciated being able to open it slightly for fresh air. Public transport access right outside, including a free CAT bus service to the city, is a huge advantage.

Had some issues with staff support.

it had central location close to langley park. distance to the airport was just 20 km.
